  2. Every week I say I’m going to start meal prepping every week I don’t go grocery shopping smh not only could I save tons of money but possibly lose a few lbs….note to self take your ass to the store lol great video btw

  3. Are these meals for anorectics or wtf? 130-150g cooked chicken is 210kcal, the sauce and added oil is 100kcal and 100g cooked rice is 112kcal so the meal is a total of 450kcal at best…. I am a below average height and weight man and this is way too little calories even for me… I would have to eat over 5 of these "meals" a day… Please correct me if im wrong
